IAQ 6000 (white)

Superior mold resistance with just one coat, the IAQ 6000 is a 100% water based acrylic white coating utilizes a fungi static agent for mold resistance on dry coating surfaces. Mold can cause a variety of health problems. It is important to take care of any mold issues as soon as possible.

Surfaces to be coated must be free of dirt, dust, grease, mildew, mold, loose paint, oil, glue size, calcimine, wax, soap and other surface contamination. Clean mold stained surfaces with Advanced Peroxide Cleaner. Patch irregularities with vinyl patching paste or an appropriate patching compound. IAQ 6000 is self-priming over bare sheetrock, composition board, ceiling tile and concrete. This mold resistor simply applies using an airless spray equipment, roller, or brush.

It is tint-able and uses new proprietary sustainable active ingredients at a higher concentration than competing products for a higher resistance against mold regrowth. Also, it comes with a 10-year manufacturer warranty. It is perfect for use on new or old wood, sheet-rock, wallboard, masonry, concrete, galvanized metal, primed metal, and plaster. IAQ 6000 (white) Passes IICRC S520 Mold Remediation Standard. Exceeds IICRC S520 testing for fire, permeability, and ultra-low VOCs. ASTM G-21 and ASTM D-3273 testing for mold resistance. AIA/CSI 02 87 13 or 02 85 00 mold remediation architectural specs. Be sure to wear a coverall when you apply the coating.
