RECON Smoke & Odor sealer destroys odors and eliminates persistent stains in a single coat on most surfaces! It features long lasting odor protection. Also, it is water-based and contains no flammable solvents. This odor eliminator simply applies using an airless spray equipment, roller, or brush.

The solvent free formula is finish grade and moisture permeable. Also, it prevents odors and stains from migrating and returning through the coating. Fire remediation is a costly and time consuming process. This smoke and odor sealer applies easily. Further, a single coat of Recon is strong enough to handle most stains. It captures malodors on structural surfaces and stops the strongest stains, typically found on fire damage restoration projects.

RECON Smoke & Odor sealer is water-based and is ideal for use on wood, concrete, sheetrock, wallboard and more! Effectively controls and eliminates malodors and stains left behind by fire and smoke damage as well as pet and trauma scene odors such as urine and bodily fluids. also, it helps in removing candle and cigarette odors.

Easily accepts a top coat and maintains its effectiveness over time through seasonal weather and changes in humidity. Be sure to wear a coverall when you apply the coating.
